Up to 30 minutes per visit. Indoor plants within this time; garden irrigation and maintenance are separate. Repairs, cleaning and extra visits are not included. Monthly billing; start date and coverage confirmed after an introductory visit.
Yes. Choose a single inspection, clean, host visit or maintenance job. You do not need a keyholding subscription.
Only the inspection frequency changes: 12, 26 or 52 visits per year. All packages use the same checklist and include an update after each visit.
Choose your services and submit your details. Your request is stored with a reference. Casaero confirms suitability, availability and the final scope before you agree to start. Online payments are not active yet. Approved customers can book released agenda slots through My Casaero.
We offer practical hosting and changeover services. A broader arrangement for guest messages, listings or booking management can be discussed and quoted separately.
No. Scheduled property care is separate from monitored alarm response. Ask us about an extra inspection after a storm or problem; timing and cost are agreed individually.
