An extra visual property check after severe weather, with photos of visible damage. Terrace and exterior cleaning can be quoted separately. Visits subject to safe access and availability.

A photo inventory, visible condition checks and a list of missing or damaged items. Useful before your first rental or after a change of guests; not a structural survey.
